How
should you send your machine to us?
1.Our Address: 5F No. 22 Lan-jou St. Taipei 103, Taiwan
2.Remember to backup your data to a PC or storage card.
3.Print and fill out the order form .
4.Wrap your machine in bubble wrap .
5.Put your PDA and the order form
into a sturdy cardboard box.
6.If you(or me) don't want to be charged for customs duty,
Please write that the parcel is a gift and set the
price lower than US$60.
7.Send the parcel to us by registered and insured mail.
8.We will e-mail to notify you after received your parcel.
When the upgrade is complete,
in order to ensure quality control, we'll test each
upgraded PDA before returning it.
How
long does it take to upgrade your machine?
We endeavor to upgrade your machine the same day that it arrives, i.e. if your machine arrives in the morning post we will try our best to get it back in the
return post by the afternoon.
It can take a while for the machine to get to you in the mail. Some typical times for various countries are as follows:
USA – 4 days
Hong Kong – 2 days
Japan – 3 days
Sydney – 3 days
Europe – 5 days
